First appointments
Pre-payment is needed for a first appointment.

Non-attendance fee
A fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged if a client does not attend an appointment or does not give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, during practice opening times.

Insurance claims
Patients who require signatures on their insurance claims should ensure that this is done within one week of the treatment commencing.
