Nutrition Workshops At Swissphysio

  • Saturday 14th January 10:30-12:00 – Restart & Recharge – A workshop providing an overview of healthy changes for the new year.
  • Saturday 28th January 10:30-12:00 – Winter Wellness – how to boost your immune system, improve energy & balance your mood this winter.
  • Saturday 18th February 10:30-12:00 – Yoga & Nutrition – a flowing class followed by health-boosting nutrition session.
  • Saturday 18th March 10:30-12:00 – Anti-Inflammatory living – most diseases are due to inflammation in the body- this workshop will cover ways to naturally reduce inflammation and help to reverse the effects of ageing on our body.

All workshops include snacks and drinks, handouts and recipes.
