And the winner is…

Thank you to all of you who took part in the first Swissphysio Quiz. I am so pleased to say that we had 222 responses in total. The winner with the most correct answers throughout the 5 days is:

Alan Peacock, closely followed by Nikki Dodds and Barbara Holding.

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to you all for your support. It has been great to see friends and patients from all over the world taking part. I’m pleased, though, that the price will go to Whitley Bay. It would have been more difficult to send it to Sydney or Finland, Bahrain, Switzerland, Germany…

Some statistics

The most difficult question was: What is the earliest surviving great work of literature? Only 32% got it right (The Epic of Gilgamesh) followed by Who leads the Achaeans (Greeks) to war with the Trojans in Homer’s epic The Iliad? With 56% correct answers with Agamemnon.

The challenging anatomy questions were the ones related to the lungs and the joints in the foot. The strongest muscle is the one in the jaw and the fastest one is the one in the eye even, though for some it could be argued that the tongue was the right answer.

I am so pleased to see that even though we are often called physioterrorists, all of you answered correctly to the question What does a physiotherapist do.

Once again Thank You so much for participating to the quiz series. I hope you enjoyed it. Let me know if you would like to see them more often.

Congratulations to Alan Peacock and HAPPY EASTER to everybody.

Stay safe and healthy.
