where she gained specialized knowledge and skills that enhance her ability to support individuals facing serious illnesses. She is equipped with a deeper understanding of the physical, emotional and spiritual challenges associated with end-of-life care. As a result, if an insight from her qualifications is needed, she is able to provide more compassionate, informed and effective intervention.
Experience:
Jessica’s main goal is to assist her clients to be comfortable with the bodies’ natural strength and performance, providing clients with confidence in their ability.
Jessica’s qualifications and experience are so varied she can support you to prepare for a sporting event or safely manage health conditions and injuries.
Jessica understands how the demands of life can put a strain on the body and through the range of therapies she provides she can also help you to simply recover from the stresses and strains of everyday life.
With years of experience working in homeless prevention and supporting victims of domestic abuse, Jessica has a natural aptitude and desire to help people, and she brings this with her into her role as therapist.
Personal:
Jessica is a mum of two wonderful and wild young boys, and she enjoys days out exploring with her children, husband and their golden oldie dog Sadie, who still loves to get out and about.
Jessica keeps herself fit and active through boot camp training and is a keen (but slightly novice) surfer! Mental health and well-being is as important to Jessica as physical health and she enjoys spending time with friends and family to unwind and relax.
