Yoga for Runners

In this workshop, we will focus on stretching out the lower back and hamstrings, loosening the muscles that tighten when running. We will start by awakening and nurturing the communication between the brain and the muscles, especially the glutes. We focus on the glute muscles first as it is easy to let them switch off allowing the muscles around the glutes to overcompensate, causing an imbalance in the body which in time can lead to pain in the hips, bum and legs.

Please bring your own mat. If you require a mat it is £4 to rent one for the workshop. You must confirm this when booking.
