Neck or shoulder tension? Holding stress in your neck and shoulders? This is the workshop for you!
In this workshop, we will look closely at what our neck does during a regular yoga class and what we can do to keep it healthy and safe. Including strengthening the upper body, by focusing on engaging the deeper muscles of the middle and upper back before we wind down using therapeutic stretches and self-massage techniques to release tension from the neck and shoulders.

Please bring your own mat. If you require a mat it is £4 to rent one for the workshop. You must confirm this when booking.
