In this class, we will focus on stretching out the lower back and hamstrings, loosening the muscles that tighten when cycling. We focus on the glute muscles as it is easy to let them switch off allowing the muscles around the glutes to overcompensate, causing an imbalance in the body which in time can lead to pain in the hips, bum and legs.
