In this full body treatment a combination of Swedish and hot stone massage techniques are used. The body is warmed up manually increasing circulation to the soft tissues and the hot basalt stones are gently massaged over the surface of the skin. The stones are left to rest in arrangements on the body allowing heat to penetrate deeply into the muscle tissue.

Hot stone massage is an extremely relaxing treatment which, in addition, creates sensations of comfort and warmth.
