Physio – Led Pilates
Physio – Led Pilates
Have you had enough of an achy back?
- build strength
- improve posture
- increase mobility
Then it is time to join our Physiotherapist led Pilates classes with Helen Cummins, Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI Level 3 Pilates Instructor.
Helen supports each individual to move at their own pace, building strength, length, stability, and control in a safe and effective way. Her teaching style is gentle, warm, and encouraging.
You can choose a 1:1 session or a small group class.
We begin with a consultation to explore your individual goals, any current pain, and movement restrictions.
Our Physiotherapist will then guide you through the five key elements that underpin all Pilates exercises — essential for safe, effective practice.
From there you’ll continue with personalised instruction to build your confidence and enjoyment of movement.
There’s plenty of time for questions, and everything will be paced to your comfort level.
