Consent to treatment: When you book an appointment we will send you a new consent form, which has been adapted to the new COVID-19 situation. It contains important information about what to expect when you come to Swissphysio. We would appreciate if you can take the time to read and sign and date the form and return it to us before the beginning of the treatment.
Booking: where possible we would like you to use our online booking system https://my.powerdiary.com/clientportal/c609ffc7-93bb-4814-9612-7cc9a84725b6/home and (coming soon) the online payment. Of course, you will be able to call us as well but since the reception area won’t be staffed until later in the summer, you might have to leave your message on the answering machine if I am not available to take your call.
Prior to attending your appointment, we will contact you to assess the need for a face to face consultation. We advise that you consider your clinical need to have hands on treatment in line with the recommendations of our governing body The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy:
www.csp.org.uk/news/coronavirus/clinical-guidance/face-face-or-remote-consultations/guidance-england
Video consultations: Swissphysio offers video consultations via Telehealth
