Massage therapy is a form of hands-on treatment that manipulates the body’s soft tissues (e.g. muscles, fascia, tendons) for the treatment of muscle pain, stress, and to provide relaxation. It involves various techniques, including rubbing, pressing, and stretching, and can range in intensity from light, relaxing pressure to deep tissue work.

Professional massages are beneficial for everyone. People of any age, young to elderly, and from all walks of life can benefit from a good massage. Our expert therapists are skilled at delivering the treatment you need, tailored to your individual requirements. We offer a variety of massage treatments and whichever one you choose is guaranteed to improve your well-being. We offer massages for 30, 60, or 90 minutes.

What to expect from a massage

First, your therapist will begin with a brief consultation and review of symptoms, and also any health issues. Then, they will ask you what you are hoping to get out of your massage.

We suggest that you wear loose clothing and undress to the level that you feel comfortable with, and your therapist will make suggestions. Your therapist will leave the room while you undress, and a towel will be provided to cover you.

Our massages are performed on adjustable massage tables. During treatment, your therapist will use massage lotion or oil to reduce friction on your skin.

Afterwards, you are advised to drink water to help flush waste from your tissues.
